Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, telephone number, interview date, USCIS field office, the service you are seeking, and a brief description of your concern. If you communicate with us, we may also retain the content and history of those communications.
Please do not submit confidential information, alien registration numbers, receipt numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or sensitive documents through the public inquiry form.
How we use information
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether legal services may be offered, schedule consultations, prepare for appointments, provide requested communications, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with legal or professional obligations.
When information may be shared
Information may be disclosed to service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling, or business operations; when required by law; to protect rights or safety; or with your direction or consent. Personal information is not sold or rented.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS terms of service
If you check the optional SMS consent box or otherwise ask to communicate by text, you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS messages from Gilda Gazor. Messages may concern your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, or legal-service communications you request.
- Messaging frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for support, or call (310) 295-9033.
- Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing legal services.
After a STOP request, no further text messages will be sent unless you later provide a new opt-in, except that you may receive a single message confirming the opt-out. You may continue to contact the office by telephone.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal, ethical, or recordkeeping obligations.
Attorney-client relationship
Submitting information, calling, or texting does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship begins only after conflicts are cleared and a written engagement agreement is accepted. Until then, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information.
